Lindström CMMS ("the app") is an internal maintenance-management tool used by staff at Lindström Group's Arlanda laundry facility. It is not a public consumer app — accounts are created only by plant administrators for plant employees. This page explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
The app can notify you about events relevant to your role — a fault reported on a machine you're responsible for, a help request from the floor, an admin announcement, or a new chat message. While the app is open, some of these are generated locally on your device. When the app is closed or your phone is locked, notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a push-notification service operated by Google. To make this possible, your device is assigned a push token, which our server stores and sends to Google's FCM service solely to deliver your notifications to your device — it is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond that. You can mute notifications at any time from within the app (My Profile → Notifications), including a temporary "day off" mute, without affecting your account or access.
Operational records (faults, inventory, PM logs, schedules) are kept for as long as your account is active, as they form the plant's maintenance history. Chat messages are deleted after 28 days automatically. To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact your plant administrator or the address below.
Only signed-in staff at this facility, scoped by role — e.g. operators can only see and report faults; admins can see everything. All access is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the app's interface.
